Medical device, in the form of a gel, indicated for the treatment of acute and recurrent manifestations of cold sores.
The natural substances present in Siliciavir act in three complementary and synergistic ways:
- They create a biofilm that isolates and protects the lips and skin from external microbial aggressions, while creating the optimal conditions for tissue regeneration.
- They assist the normal and physiological healing processes, thanks to their mechanical action of covering and protecting the affected part, preventing the appearance of lesions.
- Through their mechanical action of reabsorption of liquids, they relieve the sensation of pain, redness, burning and itching, giving rapid relief.
In particular, the Organic Silicon, present at high titration in the Bamboo extract, has a high capacity to absorb liquids and secretions, while the Melaleuca essential oil (TTO, or Tea Tree Oil) and the Cardiospermum extract defend the part affected by oxidizing and irritating factors.
The formulation is completed by Echinacea, a plant known for promoting the body's natural defenses, the essential oil of Cloves which makes the product pleasant and fresh upon application.

How to use
Apply a thin layer of gel to the affected area until it is completely covered. Immediately after application, do not touch with your hands, to avoid removing the product. The application must be repeated several times during the day, keeping the affected area always covered by the product.
Applied to the first symptoms, it stops the progression of the symptoms.
If used regularly it prevents relapses, therefore it is recommended to use it in conjunction with triggers such as stress, cold, fatigue, sun exposure or menstrual period.

Warnings
Close the tube carefully after application. In cases of hypersensitivity, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. The product is for external use, do not ingest.
